DONS ET REÇUS AUX FINS DE L’IMPÔT
To whom should my donor make the cheque payable to?
Cheques can be made payable to: Crohn’s and Colitis Canada.
Why wasn't my credit card accepted?
Please double check to ensure you have entered the credit card number and expiry date correctly.
Can I make a donation even though I will not be participating in Gutsy Walk?
Yes, you can make a Gutsy Walk donation in your community by clicking the DONATE button.
Why is it asking for my employer when I submit a donation?
We’re asking because some employers will offer employee matching gifts when their employee makes a charitable donation, meaning your donation can go extra far. When you input your employer into the form, our system will check to see if they will offer a match. Then we’ll send you a follow-up email with all the information around their matching gift program, with a link to their matching gift form. If you are uncomfortable with sharing this information, you don’t have to. This field is optional. If you want to check to see if your employer offers a matching gift program, please visit our
Employer Matching Gifts page.
When will Crohn’s and Colitis Canada issue tax receipts for Gutsy Walk donations?
Donors who pledge $15+ online will receive an electronic tax receipt by e-mail within minutes of completing a successful transaction. A thank-you note is also automatically generated for all donations. Receipts for offline donations will be sent by the end of July.
